What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 300 meters per fabric color for most woven fabrics in our existing range. For custom-developed fabrics or special finishes, MOQ typically starts at 500–1,000 meters depending on the structure. We're open to discussing lower quantities for first-time sample orders — contact us to discuss your specific needs.
Can I get fabric samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We offer physical sample swatches for all fabrics in our current stock range. Standard samples are sent free of charge; you only cover the shipping cost. For custom-developed samples (specific weight, composition, or finish), a sampling fee may apply, which is credited back on your first bulk order.
Do you work with first-time buyers from overseas?
Absolutely. Many of our long-term clients started as first-time buyers with no prior experience sourcing from China. We guide you through the full process — from fabric selection and sampling to production, quality inspection, and shipping documentation.
What fabric certifications do you support?
We supply fabrics certified to or compatible with: OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, GRS (Global Recycled Standard), GOTS (for organic content blends), and REACH compliance for the EU market. Specific certification availability depends on the fabric type — please inquire for your required standard.
Can you develop a custom fabric to our specifications?
Yes. Our fabric development service covers custom fiber composition, yarn count, weave structure, weight (GSM), width, finish, and color. Please share your tech pack or reference sample, and our development team will confirm feasibility and provide a timeline within 48 hours.
How do you ensure consistent quality across bulk orders?
Each production batch goes through in-line inspection and a final QC check before shipment. We provide a test report covering key parameters: fabric weight (GSM), width, colorfastness, tensile strength, and shrinkage. Third-party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek) is supported on request at the buyer's cost.
What is the typical lead time for bulk production?
For fabrics available in stock, lead time is 7–15 days. For made-to-order or custom-developed fabrics, lead time is typically 25–45 days depending on order volume and finishing requirements. We provide a confirmed production schedule before order placement.
